広島大学のKai、Pearline、そしておなじみKeiの3人を迎えてのトークの最終回です。今回は3人と、聞き手のJoeが、日本と関係の深いさまざまな国との文化摩擦について語り合います。

「異文化ディスカッション」では、広島大学に学ぶ留学生をゲストに招き、東広島での学生生活や、身近な話題について、英語で話してもらいます。

= films from India (Note: The word is a combination of Bombay (the old name for the current city of Mumbai) and Hollywood)

Japanized
= similar to Japanese citizens

= endless, a very large number

to get along
= to be friends

= to be tolerant and accepting of others’ cultures and opinions

personal-wise
= related to the individual, related to each person (Note: Putting “wise” at the end of a word means “in the style of” or “similar to”. Other examples of this suffix are: dollarwise, clockwise, and slantwise)
